Pressure Die Casting

Our die casting process in general involves the use of a furnace, metal, die casting machine, and die. The metal, typically a non-ferrous alloy such as aluminum or zinc, is melted in the furnace and then it is injected into the dies in the die casting machine. Depending upon the pressure that’s being used, Pressure Die Casting falls into two types namely High Pressure Die Casting, and Low Pressure Die Casting. While high-pressure die casting features a wider application encompassing nearly 50% of all light alloy casting production, low-pressure die casting accounts for about 20% of the entire production.
